Ronald’s been brewing something inspiring

Ronald has Lower Limb Deficiency syndrome which impacts his ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time. Not letting this get in the way of his career goals, Ronald has always been keen and eager to get stuck in and meet potential employers. His approach to finding work has been nothing short of inspiring.
With the help of AimBig Business Development Consultant, Heidi, Ronald remained committed to his cause and went along to meet his potential future bosses. Heidi provided him with interview techniques and would guide him through the process. She also provided Ronald with upskilling where needed to support his goals.
After his continued perseverance, Ronald landed the perfect role for him at Sobah Beverages, Aboriginal-owned and led non-alcoholic craft beer company. Ronald is working as a Warehouse Brewery Officer and absolutely loves his new job and the team he’s working with.
It’s not only Ronald that loves his new position at Sobah Beverages, but his team love also working with him there too. Ronald’s manager said he fits in well and has great skills for this position. They have made a safe space for Ronald and are very supportive of his disability. Not only that, but the team at Sobah Beverages have been nurturing Ronald along his journey by training him to learn new skills.
