The Award
The Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Places to Work list is an annually announced list, judged by behavioural science consultancy Inventium. It ranks Australia and New Zealand’s best workplaces across 10 different categories.
To be considered nominated entrants must complete a two-part assessment to obtain this prestigious award. The first part is a staff survey, which needs to be answered by a representative sample of employees. It asks staff a series of questions about their experience working for their organisation. The second part of the assessment is a written submission. Entrants answer questions relating to the practices, programs and policies that currently exist within their organisation.
