Meet the A Team – Liah

In the latest of our staff series, we’ll be introducing you to some of the lovely staff that work at AimBig Employment. 

In this edition of Meet The Team, we’ll introduce you to Liah, one of the Job Coaches based in Tamworth, NSW. Everyone, meet Liah!

Why did you choose to work in Employment Services?

I’ve experienced a variety of roles throughout my career, but working in employment services brings me immense job satisfaction and pride in what I do.

What does a day in the life of your role look like?

My typical day involves morning appointments followed by marketing or planning activities in the afternoon.

What do you love about your role?

I find immense joy and fulfillment in helping others blossom into the best version of themselves.

Can you recall a time when you have helped a participant?

One of my participants is about to complete his Certificate III in Community Services, and witnessing his confidence and growth has been an absolute joy. His desire to give back to the community here in Tamworth is truly inspiring, and I believe we couldn’t have found a better career path for him if we tried.

What is a fun fact about yourself that people may not know?

I breed shrimp and I love roller blading.
