Jason scores his tip top job

At AimBig, we are passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals in meaningful employment. Participant Jason was recently completing work for the dole at the Incredible Tip Shop, a waste transfer station & recycling centre in Mackay, Queensland.

Jason’s employers were incredibly impressed with his strong work ethic and the high quality that he has been delivering. As a result, Jason was approached by his employer offering him a paid position at the organisation. He has since commenced his new role and has said that the job is great and that he is really enjoying being back at work.
