At AimBig, our staff speak several different languages and are experienced in helping you discuss your employment goals. We make a point of hiring staff who speak a language other than English, so that we can better support our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) participants.
We know firsthand that being bilingual (and multicultural) better equips people not just with language skills but also important social skills we need to work with others from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
These useful skills include the ability to be more perceptive of others, to be more empathetic and understanding, and to communicate more effectively. These are all attributes we look for in our people.
