Paving the Way to Inclusive Careers in Roma

AimBig Employment is thrilled to announce the opening of its new office in Roma, QLD, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive employment solutions. The grand opening event is on Thursday, February 8th, 2024, at 5:30 pm, located at 14-16 McDowell Street, Roma. Alongside AimBig’s CEO, employees, and participants, Ms. Ann Leahy, QLD Shadow Minister for Disaster Recovery, Volunteers, and Local Government, will be present and available for interviews. 

With the increasing demand for comprehensive employment support, AimBig’s mission is to empower individuals facing unemployment or living with a disability, injury or health condition to achieve their career goals in Roma and the surrounding areas. 

As a major provider of both Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services (DES), AimBig specialises in custom employment solutions, working closely with local businesses to connect job seekers with employers and cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce. This no cost service to both jobseekers and employers is centred around crafting personalised pathways, building robust employer relationships, and providing ongoing support for seamless workplace integration. 

Jo-Anne’s success story stands as a testament to AimBig’s impact. Guided by Job Coach Kieren Coulahan, Jo-Anne transformed her life, securing a position as a casual cleaner at 22 On Bowen. Her dedication led to a promotion, showcasing the profound effect of personalised employment assistance.
