Melton City Council Careers Expo

AimBig Employment had a great time assisting young job seekers and students face-to-face at the Melton City Council Careers Expo on the 3rd May and virtually on the 4th May. The event had an excellent turnout with many local organisations and employment service providers on hand to provide the general public with options for employment opportunities.

Our amazing team, Andy, Simon and Benjamen spent the day connecting with the local community and informing attendees of our services specifically tailored to the individual to ensure they have a meaningful and sustainable journey to the job of their dreams.

Our Business Development Specialist, Simon, was on hand throughout the day to provide guidance to attendees and saw the value of the expo first-hand.

“The expo was a great space for students, young adults, and job seekers to interact with employment service providers, ask questions and start exploring career options. It was great to interact with the attendees, learn about their interests and passions, then demonstrate the value of our services whenever relevant.

The event turnout was fantastic, and we were able to connect with local community organisations and employers. These new relationships have already eventuated into employment opportunities for participants across the entire state!  We loved our time spent at the Melton Careers Expo and look forward to attending next year.”
