Meet the A Team – Kym

In the latest of our staff series, we’ll be introducing you to some of the lovely staff that work at AimBig Employment. 

In this edition of Meet The Team, we’ll introduce you to Kym, one of the Job Coaches based in Surfers Paradise, QLD. Everyone, meet Kym!

Why did you choose to work in Employment Services?

After many decades in Rehabilitation, Return To Work services and Work, Health & Safety for large labour hire companies, I wanted a change of pace and some new challenges.

What does a day in the life of your role look like?

Meeting new participants, learning the minefields of Employment Support Service (ESS) & JobReady Live whilst I am mentored by a great team who always help me navigate these new systems of data collection.

What do you love about your role?

Great team, great company and I really do like seeing people reach their full potential and enjoy the work they do.

What is a fun fact about yourself that people may not know?

I ‘m Ash Barty’s aunt and yes I could play state level representative golf back in the day but can’t play tennis at all!
