Kirsty’s now thriving in the workforce

Kirsty had been out of work for over two years, struggling with anxiety and feeling nervous about getting back into the workforce. That’s when she reached out to AimBig Employment Gold Coast and met with Job Coach, Heidi. Throughout their conversations, Heidi worked to build Kirsty’s confidence and find the right employer that could support her unique needs and help her get back into work.

After a successful interview with Central Park Tavern, Kirsty was offered a role and she couldn’t be more grateful for the support she received from AimBig Employment and her new employer. In her role, Kirsty works 23 hours a week and focuses on bar work and waiting tables. Despite her initial nervousness about returning to work, Kirsty has quickly adapted to her new role and is thriving in her supportive work environment.
