Brett’s journey from redundancy to job success
Brett faces physical disability and anxiety that can limit his job opportunities and require support. He was let go from his previous job and didn’t receive the necessary support to find a role that met his needs and mental health. Finding a supportive employer became challenging for him.

During his first appointment with his Job Coach Moona, they established good communication and understanding of Brett’s job preferences. Simon, the Business Development Consultant, then referred Brett to appropriate jobs.
Moona contacted Link Community & Transport and talked to Nick, who immediately arranged an interview with Brett. After the interview, Brett was hired as a driver, and Moona assisted him in completing the necessary onboarding documents.
Brett is now delighted with his role at Link Community & Transport, where he helps people by driving them to their destinations. He meets his weekly benchmarks and takes on additional hours when he can. He appreciates the interaction with his clients and supportive co-workers.
