Bradley celebrates 13 weeks of hard work and dedication

Bradley had been unemployed for some time before connecting with AimBig Employment, and unfortunately, had not had a positive experience with his previous Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. But with the help of his Job Coach from AimBig Employment Prospect, Bradley was able to turn his job search around.

His Job Coach took the time to get to know Bradley and understand his unique needs, particularly regarding his mental health. Together, they worked to identify employment opportunities that not only suited Bradley’s interests and skills, but also provided a supportive environment for his personal and professional growth.

After 13 weeks of hard work and dedication, Bradley is now employed as a food and beverage attendant at Cafe de Villis. He is thrilled with his new role and is grateful for the ongoing support and guidance provided by his Job Coach.

His Job Coach is equally thrilled for Bradley and enjoys visiting him at work, not only to see how he’s doing, but also to indulge in the delicious pastries and coffee that the café offers.

Bradley’s journey with AimBig Employment is a testament to the power of personalised support and dedication in helping people with disabilities find fulfilling employment.
