Andi – Customer Service Consultant

A customer service consultant interacts with our participants to manage feedback and provide information about AimBig Employment’s services. Our Customer Service Consultant Andi, based in North Lakes in Brisbane, is passionate about her role in making the job-seeking journey seamless and exciting.

How did you become a Customer Service Consultant?

I had a background in customer service as I worked for an International Call Centre for 12 years, 9 of which was complaints based. I loved dealing with the unknown – what was my next call going to be? I also loved interacting with people and finding solutions. I discovered my passion was the customer service side of things.

I was diagnosed with a brain tumour 11 years ago which has led me on an amazing journey and pointed me towards Aimbig Employment. I can show people WE CAN not we can’t! Anything is possible with the support that is offered.

What are your day-to-day duties as a Customer Service Consultant?

  • Assisting the Job Coaches
  • Diary Management
  • Speaking to existing participants
  • Speaking to employers, getting vacancies
  • Screening vacancies – talking to potential participants
  • Assisting with compliance

What do you love about being a Customer Service Consultant?

My favourite part is definitely talking to people from all walks of life! I also love being able to make participant’s smile and see a positive outcome.

What is it like working at AimBig Employment?
