What is the DES Star Ratings?

What areas under DES does AimBig Employment operate?
Geographically, we deliver our job-seeking and employment services to people living with disability across 53 Employment Service Areas (ESAs) nationally.
Through DES, we operate under two programs:
- Disability Management Services (DMS) are for job seekers with disability, injury or health condition who need assistance to find a job and occasional support in the workplace to keep a job.
- Employment Support Services (EMS) assist job seekers with permanent disability to find a job and provide regular, ongoing support in the workplace to help the employee keep a job.
So, how do we stack up?
- 51.4% of our sites rated 5 stars for Disability Management Services (DMS)
- 51.1% of our sites rated 5 stars for Employment Support Services (ESS)
These results are 100% better than any other national provider for our published sites, proving that both job seekers with disability and employers can trust AimBig Employment to facilitate genuinely positive outcomes.
We also rated highly in our specialty contracts, with 59% of our mental health contracts and 67% of our musculoskeletal contracts rated 5 Star.
