About the Role:

  • Customer and after sales service
  • Handling customer repairs and liaising with onsite manufacturers
  • Operational tasks including Eftpos and cash handling, data entry, store merchandising, stock orders, ticketing, and general store housekeeping duties
  • Help maintain social media accounts and enquiries

About You:

  • Experience in retail and customer service environment with a high level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced customer focused team
  • Must be motivated and energetic with an ability to work productively as an individual and within a team
  • A flare for instore and online merchandising and must present well
  • Good attention to detail and basic computer knowledge is desirable
  • Available to work rotational Saturday mornings
