About the Role

We have great opportunities for Security Guards in Moonee Ponds and Surrounding Areas.

Some of what you’ll get up to in the role:
• Use appropriate de-escalation techniques to manage conflict as needed
• Liaise with internal and external consumers, staff and authorities
• Perform static/ roaming patrols
• Write reports as needed: for example, incident reports

What you’ll need:
• Current Security Licence preferred or willingness to get it
• First Aid Certificate desirable however not essential
• Experience in the Security and/or Customer Service industries.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• A Positive and Proactive Approach
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution
• Passion for delivering professional and efficient customer service
• Evening & weekend availability
• Strong Written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in sometimes fast paces environment.
• High Attention to detail.
