About the Role:

Seeking for dynamic and reliable Customer Service Representatives.  This is a great role to get your foot in the door with one of Australasia’s largest, homegrown Tech companies. 

Operating hours are Monday to Friday between 5pm – 9pm and Saturday/ Sunday between 8am and 5pm on a rotating roster with flexibility offered.  Office location is just 5 minutes from the train station.

About You:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Able to effectively manage sensitive customer interactions
  • Able to demonstrate your own sense of self-awareness as well as empathy for others
  • Willing to undergo a Police Check
