About the Role:

  • Implement and improve customer service delivery
  • Assist in collections and timely resolution of disputes
  • Seek customer feedback and record in database
  • Work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
  • Flexible starts: 7am, 9am or 11am

You will undergo training for two weeks – 8:30AM to 4:30PM

About You:

  • Customer service experience is ideal
  • Microsoft Office Suite competent
  • Understanding of debt collection process a plus
  • Confident dealing with customer complaints
  • Can-do and positive attitude!
  • Tech-savvy!
