About the Role:
Customer Service Officers needed to work at various car parks around Sydney CBD. This opportunity is open to entry-level and experienced candidates and for those that are seeking to join a company and grow their career.
Duties in this role includes greeting customers when they enter the car park, take keys/issue tickets, move and park customer cars (valet), direct customers to parking spots, some trouble shooting, taking EFTPOS payment. You may be required to work across various car parks within walking distance of each other.
Rotating Roster (Monday to Sunday). Roster’s come out 2 weeks in advance – minimum shift 4 hours, maximum 8 hours except occasionally overtime is requested on busy days. Start times can vary from early morning to afternoon/night. Graveyard shifts can also be available.
- Some customer service experience is preferred
- Hospitality/Hotel background will be highly regarded
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Flexible to work across multiple days of the week & multiple shift times and do occasional overtime (as needed)
- Ability to show initiative and stay calm under a busy environment
- Manual Car Licence is an advantage
- Must pass a Police Check
