About You:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or similar capacity is essential
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is highly advantageous
- A team player who is comfortable working in a fast paced and busy environment
- Adaptable to a range of cook and kitchen hand duties
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
