About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are willing to undertake a 12-month Administration Officer Traineeship for an organisation based in Melbourne. You will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a ‘Certificate III in Business’.

Duties are:

  • Customer service
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage outlook inboxes
  • Organise and schedule meetings, travels, and events
  • Provide support for the creation of correspondence, reports, and documents

About You:

  • Genuine interest in administration
  • Willingness to commit to work and study
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (desirable)
  • Relevant and current industry experience (desirable)
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check and/or Working with Children Check
