About the Role:

Looking for an amazing Admin Assistant to join a team! 

Tasks will involve: 

  • Sending out job vacancies
  • Collecting payslips/ reporting on spreadsheets
  • Sending emails
  • Relationship management with staff
  • Database entry and occasional phone interviews with job seekers and booking of interviews

About You:

  • Great phone manner, friendly and organised
  • Excellent typing skills and computer knowledge
  • Happy with work that can be at times unstructured or change quickly
  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently
