About the Role:

A successful building design company who specializes in new home designs, renovations, interior design, and all things drafting is currently seeking for an Admin Assistant.

This role reports to the Office Manager and will involve:

  • Helping with quotes, database management, social media accounts and data entry
  • Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Other general admin tasks

About You:

  • Naturally proactive with the demonstrated ability to apply initiative in the professional environment and to initiate work where required
  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet targets
  • Be able to lead a team by example
