At AimBig, we are committed to providing quality services to Indigenous communities across Australia. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities and incorporate this culture into our workplace.

Not only do we support Indigenous participants in finding work, but we also have a number of Indigenous staff on board. Throughout our business, we have job coaches, team leads and managers that are connected to community organisations and external resources to deliver best outcomes for Indigenous participants.

For Indigenous participants, we work to break down barriers to employment, whether that be a language barrier or gap in skills and build their confidence through our supports and programs.

Our aim is to build the confidence of our Indigenous job seekers living with disability while giving them a safe space to share their culture and history.
