We have a great opportunity for Mobile Patrol Security Officers in the Katherine area.
We are seeking Mobile Patrol Officers who have proven experience within a similar role and thrive on the ever-changing dynamic of working within the Mobile Patrols environment. The positions will be based in Katherine, NT, and officers are required to be available to work a combination of day and night duty shifts.
You will be paid competitive hourly wages under the SSIA.
The role of Mobile Patrol Officer can be both challenging and rewarding, and requires outstanding time management skills and the desire to deliver a premium service.
The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
Patrolling client properties within the geographic boundaries
Responding to remote alarm activations in a marked, fully equipped vehicle within a geographical area, in accordance with a specified time frame on the guidance of our National Operations Centre
Respond to alarm notifications and investigate as necessary
Attend to all reports of unauthorised access, antisocial behaviour and/or damage to resolve the issue immediately or assess whether the issue warrants elevation
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences
Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries
Identify challenges and provide resolutions.
Availability to work both day and night shifts is essential
Must be based in Katherine region
Experience in mobile patrols or a similar role essential
Ability to drive, walk and stand for long periods of time
Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
A current and valid unrestricted NT Driver’s License
A current and valid NT Security License
