We have a great opportunity for a Concierge position in the Melbourne East area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The provision of high-quality customer service to residents of the apartment buildings, their guests and visitors to the site. Maintaining a professional presence behind the front desk but will also be required to undertake regular foot patrols of the internal and external surrounds of the building.

Communication with contractors and maintenance staff via phone and email, providing daily reports to building management and liaising with residents in person and via email to address maintenance issues of concern.

PREREQUISITES
• Good communication and literacy skills
• Neat, hygienic and professional presentation
• Reasonable computer skills (Email and Word)
• Security licence

Hours: FULL TIME Mon-Fri (8.00 am – 4.00 pm)
Salary: Security Industry Award
