Digital Support Enhances Post Placement Experience for AimBig Participants

Post Placement Support is one of the most important phases of our Participants’ journey at AimBig.

AimBig Employment’s Customer Experience team have been exploring some new and innovative ways to better support our Participants.

So, we can keep focused on doing what we do best – changing lives!

We now provide digital support to Participants aiming to provide ongoing engagement to our Participants, capturing any concerns they might be having assisting to keep our team connected and informed.

By having this digital support, we can ensure that our Participants have access to the support they need at any time, from any location. This is particularly important for those who may have difficulty accessing traditional support services.

We believe that by combining the expertise of our operations team with this new digital support, we can continue to provide Participants with the best possible experience.

Providing this digital support, we can ensure that we are able to help in a way that suits each individual Participant. Making the employment experience for our Participants as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Our Digital Post- Placement Support Program

What does this look like?

We will ask our Participants in Post Placement and Ongoing Support how they are feeling in their employment every 30 days through the AskNicely platform. The survey takes less than 30 seconds to complete, providing flexibility for Participants to complete around their work and personal commitments.

What will we ask?

  • How satisfied are you in your current employment?
  • Have you encountered any concerns regarding your ability to work?
  • How are you feeling about your work and/or health situation?
  • Would you like to be contacted to discuss supports that may be available to you?
