Today, we’re proud to announce the official re-launch of our group, the Arriba Group!
The Arriba Group is a family of companies, created to give people their best opportunities in life. The group was originally founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero. A strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises — Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig — with over 350 diverse employees across 98 offices.
Our group is based on the absolute belief that every individual deserves a better future. This means people are at the heart of everything we do. We challenge ourselves to ensure our services truly meet and exceed the needs of our clients and use innovation as a driving force to achieve this.
For the first time in over 20 years, our three companies have officially come together under one group with a shared vision – to be the number one nation-wide market leader in occupational rehabilitation, employment, specialist allied health services and provider of choice to our customers and people.

What does Arriba mean?
The word Arriba is a nod to Marcella’s Latin heritage. In Spanish it actually means ‘Let’s go!’, or “go up”.
The Arriba Group name was chosen to reflect the upward journey we jointly take with our clients to create a better future.
Whether this be through occupational rehabilitation, disability employment or in specialist allied health services, we want everyone to have a better tomorrow.

Rehab Management provides workplace rehabilitation, health, safety and wellbeing solutions to private and public sector clients. As a nationally accredited award-winning provider, we deliver tailored return-to-work services, injury management consulting, early intervention, psychology services, and a range of workplace training programs.
AimBig Employment is a national award-winning disability employment services provider who’s bigger than employment. This means we support both people with disability to secure, maintain and thrive in meaningful work, and businesses of all sizes to recruit a valuable and diverse workforce. AimBig has consistently achieved superior ratings as a provider for both our Disability Management Services (DMS) and Employment Support Services (ESS) in terms of our outcomes and impact for our clients.
LiveBig is a specialist allied health and assessment services provider for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We’re passionate about supporting clients and pride ourselves on being transparent with our services. From initial enquiry right through to service delivery, we are with our clients every step of the way, ensuring they are on track and achieving their goals.
